All orders leave our facility inside sturdy, plain brown cardboard cartons with plain kraft packing tape. The shipping label displays standard courier barcodes and our postal address without any mention of brand or contents. You may return items within 30 days of delivery provided they remain completely unused and in their original packaging. Due to health and hygiene standards, items with broken security seals cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty.
