CalmVelvet Essentials Ltd. offers personal body-care products, topical massage emulsions, botanical bath preparations, and battery-operated personal wellness accessories designed solely for external sensory relaxation, comfort, and routine self-care. Item descriptions list technical specifications, unit counts, and formulations. Product imagery serves reference purposes; external packaging design may show minor variations.

Ordering and contract

Order submission occurs upon completing the checkout form. We acknowledge receipt by email, but sales contracts formalize only once goods leave our workshop. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock depletion or unverified data, immediately refunding any collected funds.

Prices and payment

Listed prices use GBP and incorporate applicable VAT. Shipping fees calculate transparently at checkout prior to final payment. Supported payment channels: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Obvious pricing errors will be adjusted prior to dispatch, offering you the option to approve revised pricing or cancel your purchase.

Transfer of risk

We bear shipment responsibility until courier handover to you or your designated recipient. Loss or damage risks transfer immediately after. Note visible box damage directly with the driver and email us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Return eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery per our Returns guide. All electrical wellness devices carry a 12-month statutory warranty against manufacturer mechanical and material defects in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Topical cosmetic oils and topical lotions are warranted to conform to published ingredient specifications and UK cosmetic safety standards at the date of dispatch.

• Customized, bespoke, or specially engraved personal care items.
• Perishable botanical formulations with a defined shelf-life once opened.
• Intimate wellness accessories, topical balms, or massage formulations where the protective hygiene seal or tamper-evident shrink wrap has been broken after delivery, pursuant to Section 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other liquids, oils, or substances following physical delivery.
• Digital wellness guides, audio content, or downloadable media unsealed or accessed by the consumer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, the aggregate liability of CalmVelvet Essentials Ltd. for any claim arising from order processing, product handling, or delivery shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific order or £100.00, whichever amount is lower. Statutory liabilities that cannot be excluded by relevant law remain fully intact.

Age and use

Orders require a minimum age of 18. Apply formulas and use body tools strictly per packaging instructions, never as clinical medical substitutes.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Unresolved claims proceed to the competent court at the seller's registered jurisdiction, preserving mandatory consumer protections under your local residential law.
